Community Assistance Programs
Helping Neighbors Navigate Assistance Programs
At Montgomery County Food Bank, we believe access to nutritious food is just one piece of the puzzle. Many families in our community qualify for critical assistance programs but face barriers in applying.
That’s why we’re excited to offer the help of our Community Assistance Coordinator at Montgomery County Food Bank!
We’re here to help with benefit application assistance out in the community— meeting with individuals and families to help navigate the process and access essential resources like SNAP, CHIP, Medicaid, TANF, and Healthy Texas Women.
